About the role
VTG is seeking Reports Officers to support our Client's operational requirements in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Responsibilities
- Work in an integrated government-contractor team fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines.
- Effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in manipulating various classified and open source databases.
- Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns.
- Drive collection operations through written products and briefings.
- Empower collectors by producing detailed targeting packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7-12 years of applicable experience (Level 3)
- 12-20 years of applicable experience (Level 4)
- 20+ years of applicable experience (Level 5)
- Cable writing experience
- Familiarity with classified databases, including specific targeting tools
- Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
- Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
- Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph at the time of application
Qualifications
- Masters degree (Desired)
- Customer certification as a Reports Officers or Specialized Skills Officer (Desired)
- Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience (Desired)
- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations (Desired)
- Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases (Desired)
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices (Desired)
