Target Profile

Senior Oracle Reports Developer / Oracle BI Developer with 8+ years of experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, ETL, reporting, relational databases, Data Warehouse, and Agile methodologies.

• 5+ years organizing, prioritizing, and following complex technical procedures
• 5+ years with Business Intelligence tools such as BusinessObjects or BIRT
• 2+ years with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development
• 2+ years Data Warehouse experience

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years developing dashboards with Power BI and Azure Synapse
• 2+ years familiarity with Amazon Redshift and Tableau

Job Responsibilities

The client requires a report developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for FNS and SNAP reports development and maintenance using Oracle and PL/SQL technologies. Responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of data extracts, ETL batch jobs, and reports for a client using C‑ram software and Oracle.

• Analyze and identify reporting requirements for the client’s Case Management System and implement recommendations for mid‑ to high‑complexity reports.
• Gather and document requirements for new and existing data extracts and reports.
• Develop complex queries against large tables storing CLOBs/XML and related data structures, ensuring performant SQL.
• Analyze existing queries and reports to resolve issues, extract data, and improve operational performance metrics.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document data interfaces and reporting solutions.
• Enhance existing data extracts and reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Validate and audit data extracts to ensure quality and integrity.
• Provide 24 × 7 on‑call support/rotation.
