About the role
A day in the life of a Reporting & Data Visualization Specialist involves:
- Maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and being an effective witness for Him.
- Managing the development, implementation, and advancement of data analysis software (Tableau, Tableau Prep, Knime).
- Communicating with OCC management to develop and manage static and dynamic data dashboards.
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of existing data sources.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data processes, workflows, and standards.
- Assisting in conducting a variety of application testing.
- Training staff on the utilization and interpretation of the Tableau dashboard reports.
- Providing technical support for OCC departments, events, and processing seasons.
- Serving at least one week in an OCC processing center during OCC processing season.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Proficiency in data visualization principals and tools (Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView).
- Thorough knowledge of the ETL process.
- Experience with core data management principles and practices.
- Prominent data and statistical analysis ability.
- Ability to translate data into a visual dashboard.
- Thorough knowledge of technology testing techniques and documentation process.
- Proven ability to train and coach staff in business processes.
- Strong communicator and presenter; customer service skills.
- Proven project management experience.
- Working knowledge of MySQL (preferred).
Qualifications
Education and experience requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Management, or closely related discipline.
- Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Information Technology or Data Management.
- Project management certificate preferred.
- Twelve credit hours of college level Biblical studies strongly preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
Schedule
