Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Coordinator to support leisure and corporate travel, trip planning, bookings, tours, payments, customer service, and travel operations.
About the role
This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States. You will prepare, validate, and distribute recurring operational reports and status summaries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from leisure and corporate travel, trip planning, bookings, tours, payments, customer service, and travel operations.
- Update report templates, trackers, and dashboards while preserving formulas, definitions, and formatting standards.
- Check totals, dates, filters, missing values, and source consistency before distributing reports.
- Investigate report discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate data or process owner.
- Maintain report schedules, source notes, distribution lists, and version history.
- Prepare concise status summaries that highlight changes, exceptions, overdue items, and key results.
Requirements
- Strong spreadsheet, data-checking, organization, and written-communication skills.
- Comfort working with recurring reports, trackers, formulas, filters, and shared files.
- Ability to verify source data carefully before publishing or distributing information.
- Consistent time management and the ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
- Attention to detail with clear documentation of changes and corrections.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
$58,500 - $66,500 per year

Full-time, 100% remote work arrangement.
