Reporting and Controls Lead, Data Center Capacity Delivery

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Reporting and Controls Lead, Data Center Capacity Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own the reporting, controls, and milestone tracking that keep a complex capital delivery portfolio aligned across multiple projects and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated milestone tracking across multiple delivery projects and keep it updated
• Validate and reconcile schedule and status data from developers and partners, addressing discrepancies
• Maintain portfolio capacity projections and track variances to plan
• Create and manage reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates
• Define data standards and scheduling conventions for project reporting
• Automate reporting and data-quality checks, utilizing AI tools where applicable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting for large capital projects
• Experience with multi-project portfolio reporting, not just single jobs
• Fluency in scheduling and BI tools such as Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong written and visual communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to build and manage processes while executing tasks

Pay

$320,000 – $405,000 annually
