Reporting Analyst, RE Technology

About the role

The Reporting Analyst position supports processes within Lument, a company that provides comprehensive capital solutions for multifamily, affordable, seniors, and health care real estate. This role involves assisting with data collection, reconciliation, and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Aid in the collection and reconciliation of data from various departments.
• Maintain metrics and KPIs related to Loan Originations, Underwriting, and other business areas as needed.
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct data analysis.
• Create visualizations and reports using Microsoft Power BI & SSRS for requested projects.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Affirm data collection and reporting for rating agencies, including statistical reporting and annual reviews.
• Assess business units and functions for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in special projects as directed by the Team Lead or Director.
• Provide regular status updates to the manager on outstanding items and deadlines.
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 1-3 years' experience with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau).
• 1-3 years' experience with SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI).
• Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Focus and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work well under pressure, adjust to varied workloads, multitask, and handle sensitive/confidential information.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
