Responsibilities
- Ensure quality assurance and data integrity across all reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Maintain and update reporting and interface tracking artifacts using SharePoint and other enterprise tools.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile qualitative and quantitative data from multiple data sources.
- Work within established communication and governance processes to receive, document, and disseminate updates from integration of leadership, change management, and reporting teams.
- Cookordination with internal teams (Microsoft Project Manager, JIRA, Data Management, CGS Analytics, Power BI, Apex) to ensure reporting updates align with deployment milestones, localization activities, and cutover events.
- Prepare, review, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to internal leadership and government clients.
- Draft clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and executive-level briefing materials.
- Support escalation reporting, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
- Attend and/or facilitate internal and external meetings as required.
- Attend and/or facilitate external client meetings, including list synchronization meetings.
- Produce executive-level reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Business Intelligence Reporting experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
Education, certifications, or experience
- Bachelor’s plus a minimum of 5 years of reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and PowerBI
- Efficient with written and oral communication
- Familiar with Office 365 applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with Milestone Pro preferred
