Reporting Analyst - Power BI, BI Tools, Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance and data integrity across all reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Maintain and update reporting and interface tracking artifacts using SharePoint and other enterprise tools.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile qualitative and quantitative data from multiple data sources.
• Work within established communication and governance processes to receive, document, and disseminate updates from integration of leadership, change management, and reporting teams.
• Cookordination with internal teams (Microsoft Project Manager, JIRA, Data Management, CGS Analytics, Power BI, Apex) to ensure reporting updates align with deployment milestones, localization activities, and cutover events.
• Prepare, review, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to internal leadership and government clients.
• Draft clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and executive-level briefing materials.
• Support escalation reporting, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
• Attend and/or facilitate internal and external meetings as required.
• Attend and/or facilitate external client meetings, including list synchronization meetings.
• Produce executive-level reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Business Intelligence Reporting experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Education, certifications, or experience

• Bachelor’s plus a minimum of 5 years of reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and PowerBI
• Efficient with written and oral communication
• Familiar with Office 365 applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience with Milestone Pro preferred
