Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Leads contributor to the enterprise customization strategy for Epic reporting and analytics.
• Manages complex, custom reporting solutions across Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle, and visualization platforms.
• Defines, informs, and maintains data governance standards and reporting best practices.
• Develops and oversees KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Serves as an escalation point for high-complexity analytics and data integrity issues.
• PARTNERS WITH LEADERSHIP, IT GOVERNANCE, AND DATA OWNERS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY AND COMPLIANCE.
• SERVES AS A TECHNICAL MENTOR AND ESCALATION POINT FOR TIER I AND II ANALYTICS.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
