About the role

Serves the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function at Arium Networks, supporting the preparation of financial reports, developing dashboards, and assisting in budget and forecast processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Maintains and enhances financial models, reporting tools, and systems to drive automation and process efficiency.
  • Supports the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes by consolidating inputs, validating data, and preparing summary analyses.
  • Performs financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provides actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy, reconcile variances, and improve reporting transparency.
  • Supports the preparation of board, lender, and investor reporting materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Skills And Experience: Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Adaptive, Power BI, or similar) preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into clear insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within a telecommunications or technology company is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Adaptive, Power BI, or similar).

Pay

$90,700 - $124,700 annually.

Schedule

This role is hybrid, working 2 days from home (Friday and Monday) and 3 days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday), with some travel as needed.
