Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data, requirements, or research information connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.
- Clean, validate, or review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and unusual values.
- Build or maintain reports, trackers, summaries, process maps, or analysis files appropriate to the role.
- Investigate trends, exceptions, workflow gaps, or research findings and document conclusions clearly.
- Explain findings or requirements in concise updates for managers, clients, or project stakeholders.
- Maintain clear source notes, definitions, and analytical documentation so recurring work stays consistent.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, spreadsheet, research, or business-analysis skills appropriate to the role.
- Careful attention to source quality, calculations, definitions, and documentation.
- Ability to explain findings or requirements clearly to different stakeholders.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- For junior roles, relevant coursework, projects, internships, or transferable analytical experience can qualify.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
$74,500 - $84,500 per year
