About the role

A Reporting Analyst at Magical Destinations Travel by Amy will work directly on decision-ready analysis in support of personalized vacation planning across cruises, honeymoons, groups, all-inclusive stays, and theme-park travel. The focus is on producing dependable, decision-ready analysis through reporting analytical review within vacation planning support, ensuring clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Reporting Analyst workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Track workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Own the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
• Coordinate workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
• Review workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.

Skills

• Use Exception Analysis and Theme Park Travel Operations confidently in reporting analytical review.
• Apply Cruise Client Support while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document Data Quality decisions clearly for team understanding.
• Exercise sound judgment in Metrics Tracking, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.
