Reporting Analyst

Gladex Travel and Tours Corp is seeking a Reporting Analyst to analyze business data and transform it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights for flight and hotel planning, custom itineraries, travel packages, traveler service, and reservation support. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from flight and hotel planning, custom itineraries, travel packages, traveler service, and reservation support.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies; document resolutions across travel booking and itinerary service.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes to ensure reporting remains reproducible.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$90,500 - $99,500 per year
