Reporting Analyst
About the Role
The Reporting Analyst position at Billingsley Travel Agency focuses on improving decision-ready analysis while supporting family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. The role emphasizes accuracy, traceability, and follow-through in reporting analytical review within family travel operations. Success is measured by ensuring analysis is current, exceptions have owners, and work can be seamlessly continued by another authorized teammate without reconstructing history.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, review, maintain, track, and own the Reporting Analyst workflow by:
- Helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
- Translating findings into practical next actions.
- Validating source data before analysis.
- Building reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
- Apply data reconciliation and research confidently in reporting analytical review.
- Communicate with stakeholders without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document workflow decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment in theme park travel support, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.
Qualifications
This is an associate-level, full-time position. The role is 100% remote within the United States, with remote execution requiring that reporting analytical review leaves decision-ready analysis accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
