Repo Sales/Trading Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales, trading, and operational support to the Fixed Income Repo team.
• Assist with client coverage, prospecting organization and updates, trade execution support, inventory and financing monitoring, trade capture, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with Operations, Clearance, Compliance, Credit, and Finance teams.
• Work closely with Repo Salespeople and Traders supporting treasury, agency, mortgage-backed, corporate, structured credit, and equity financing transactions.
• Offer significant exposure to institutional fixed income markets and securities financing activities.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a finance or economics related background.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
• Detail oriented with an interest in financial markets.
• Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, organization.
• Series 7 and Series 63 preferred but not required.
• Experience with Bloomberg preferred but not required.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Pay

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Schedule

Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
