Repairs Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Administrate the repairs department including service tech schedules, open customer quote follow-ups, and completed order follow-up calls.
- Respond to incoming calls regarding requests for hydraulic service calls.
- Cook up items needed for service calls and manage inventory returns.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; education or experience beyond high school is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to define problems, gather information, and draw sound conclusions.
- Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and work effectively with others.
- Comfortable working with standard office tools including computers, phones, and Microsoft Office applications.
