Repairs Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Administrate the repairs department including service tech schedules, open customer quote follow-ups, and completed order follow-up calls.
• Respond to incoming calls regarding requests for hydraulic service calls.
• Cook up items needed for service calls and manage inventory returns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; education or experience beyond high school is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to define problems, gather information, and draw sound conclusions.
• Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and work effectively with others.
• Comfortable working with standard office tools including computers, phones, and Microsoft Office applications.
