About the role

The Repairman 1 supports maintenance operations by performing mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs. Assists mechanics, electricians, and mobile technicians in maintaining plant machinery, equipment, and facilities to meet production needs in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner.

Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Aids mechanics, electricians, and mobile technicians in maintaining plant operations
• Maintains safety standards and environmental compliance during repair activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with basic mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform physical labor
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping
