About the role
The Repair Superintendent will lead field operations, meet project deadlines, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the repair business.
Responsibilities
- Lead field operations for all elevator repair and testing
- Meet project deadlines and financial performance targets
- Ensure a safe working environment through field education training, safety audits, and inspections
- Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders
- Forecast and schedule labor resources
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with co-workers, field employees, clients, and others
- Accurately analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates
Requirements
- 5+ years of elevator industry experience or experience leading field level associates/technicians in a similar industry
- Highly preferred: 5+ years in the elevator field, a trade certificate, and/or a University Degree in Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Experience in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft based computer software

- Salary range: $105,000 to $165,000
