Job Duties

  • Support the Service Business tendered repair process by booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiating invoice downpayments, requisitioning parts, and coordinating with customers and Operations.
  • Collaborate with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors, and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.
  • Bring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE, along with a passion for learning a new industry.
  • Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing repair business of the branch.
  • Book quoted repair orders and requisition parts.
  • Schedule quoted repair and quick quotes; collaborate with supervisors, customers, 3rd party entities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain Technician on-call Scheduler, for overtime calls for Technicians and Supervisors.
  • Aid Service / Repair Supervisor in auditing completeness and accuracy of orders.
  • Update SAP.
  • Provide internal Technician support.
  • Aid with permitting and permit management.
  • Aid with invoice dispute and initiate invoices.
  • Manage and order Office Supplies.
  • Report functions for Branch Staff Meetings.

Hiring Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Compensation

The hiring range for this role in the Baltimore, MD location is $58,600.00 – $76,695.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
