Job Duties

  • Provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiating invoice downpayments, requisitioning parts, following up with customers, and coordinating with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.
  • Interact with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.
  • Bring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry.
  • Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing repair business of the branch.
  • Book quoted repair orders and requisition parts.
  • Schedule quoted repair and quick quotes; collaborate with supervisors, customers, 3rd party entities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain Technician on-call Scheduler, for overtime calls for Technicians and Supervisors.
  • Aid Service / Repair Supervisor Audit completeness and accuracy of orders.
  • Update SAP.
  • Provide internal Technician support.
  • Aid with permitting and permit management.
  • Aid with invoice dispute and initiate invoices.
  • Manage and order Office Supplies.
  • Reporting functions for Branch Staff Meetings.

Pay

The hiring range for this role in the Baltimore, MD location is $58,600.00 – $76,695.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Schedule

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

  • Beltsville, MD area hiring range: $63,000.00 – $82,740.00.
  • Mechanicsburg, PA and Richmond, VA area hiring range: $54,800.00 – $71,925.00.
