Repair Lead

About the role

We're looking for a Repair Lead to supervise a repair team, ensure quality, and keep operations running smoothly. If you have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for efficiency, this role is for you!

What We're Looking For

• Ability to train, motivate, and oversee a team.
• Experience with pallet repair, power tools, and hand tools preferred.
• Understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements.
• Strong quality control and documentation skills.
• Construction, roofing, framing, or similar background is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What You'll Do

• Mentor and supervise pallet repair team members, ensuring they have the right skills and tools.
• Follow and uphold all safety policies, with an emphasis on PPE compliance.
• Inspect repaired pallets, address defects, and maintain high standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repair activities, time management, and material usage.
• Oversee repair consumables and ensure materials are stocked.
• Identify ways to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve repair quality.
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisors or leadership.
