Repair Design Engineer/ MRB Engineer/ Stress Engineer

About the role

Location: Wichita, KS – Onsite only. Client: Aerospace. Full‑time Repair Design Engineer supporting aerostructures non‑conformance disposition, repair design, discrepant hardware evaluation, repair concepts, technical substantiation, and repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair design using CATIA V5 and apply GD&T to metallic and/or composite aerostructures.
• Manage engineering release and change control processes.
• Provide repair substantiation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams.

Skills

• Preferred knowledge of fuselage, nacelle, and pylon product lines.
