ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow all of Premier’s safety protocols while filling job orders to our Quality standards and procedures, including wearing Personal Protection Equipment at all times.
  • Efficiently fill orders to clients’ specifications.
  • Pack boxes with the appropriate number of units while verifying Quality standards.
  • Stack correct number of boxes into the designated pallet pattern, and verify Quality and identification standards.
  • Correct or communicate mechanical or safety issues to Operator A or Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain production output goals for assigned product or process.
  • Follow correct procedures and tool usage for salt hanging.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvement suggestions to continuously improve safety, processes, and performance.
  • Help create a strong team (line) through clear communication and respect.
  • Participate in cross training to build a stronger more flexible team.
  • Complete required trainings in a timely manner.
  • Complete paperwork in a timely manner to cGMP standards.
  • Absolute representation of the company in a safe and professional manner while on company property or while wearing company branded clothing.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work any required overtime.
  • Available to work 12-hour day shifts Monday – Thursday.

Education and Experience

Required: High school level courses or vocational training classes.

Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Attention to detail and ability to read/write (English) and interpret numerical sequences, identify lot numbers, and to effectively communicate production issues.

Two years previous high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

Work Environment / Conditions / Physical Demands

Work will take place in a warehouse environment. Employees may be required to perform additional related duties as may be assigned by management. Work will take place in various types of manufacturing environments as well as in outdoor settings.
