The Procurement Representative 3 oversees essential procurement activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing and inventory management. They involve strategic reporting and effective communication across the company. The role also includes mentoring peers and optimizing supplier relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process procurement transactions, purchase orders, and inventory requests.
• Generate and analyze procurement, inventory, and supplier reports using advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards).
• Partner with Compliance and Audit teams to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procurement requirements.
• Generate and review site surveys to support project planning, purchasing, and inventory needs.
• Support domestic and international procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Conduct audits of procurement records and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Mentor team members and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Pay

Primary Location Pay Range: $23.26 - $34.89
