Rental Yard Associate

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Rental Yard Associate. The role involves removing dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment, ensuring equipment is in good condition, inspecting for damage, oiling and lubricating tools, preparing and staging rental orders, and following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Inspect all rental equipment for damage and report any damage according to established procedure.
• Oil and lubricate all tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Generally 0–2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
