About the role
Responsible for managing rental and valet services for Toyota vehicles. Conduct vehicle inspections, assist customers with rentals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage rental and valet services for Toyota vehicles
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Aid customers in selecting appropriate vehicles and providing rental agreements
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Ensure all vehicles are returned in good condition
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Toyota vehicles and rental procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical ability to lift and move vehicles as needed
