About the Role
As our Rental Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the rental department, including financial management, team development, and customer service. You will manage expenses, staff, and repairs, and ensure that customers have a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage department processes, financials, and team development
- Manage expenses/costs associated with rental sales, staff, and repair costs
- Organize, prioritize, and schedule the rental team and monitor their performance
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Foster good relationships with customers and team members
Requirements
- Must be organized and able to multitask
- Operational experience with budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Leadership skills and mindset
- Strong mechanical background
- Able to maintain good customer and employee relations
- Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
