About the role
The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for handling sales and marketing tasks, maximizing rate opportunities, and building relationships with both internal and external customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales and sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Execute the business unit's marketing plan
- Maintain current accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Expand and maintain relationships with existing customer base
- Coordinate overall inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing
- Manage profitability, operations, and asset management of a rental location
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes
- Drive profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Perform as an On-Call Representative on a voluntary basis as per work schedules
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more sales experience required
- DOT Regulated: No

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented, drive for results, assertive, and able to deal with ambiguity
- High level of energy and self-motivation
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions

- Pay Type: Hourly
- Minimum Pay Range: $20.00
- Maximum Pay Range: $22.00
