Rental Sales Representative

About the role

The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for handling sales and marketing tasks, maximizing rate opportunities, and building relationships with both internal and external customers. This role involves managing rental, lease, and used vehicle sales, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation
• Execute the business unit's marketing plan
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
• Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customer base
• Coordinate overall inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing
• Manage profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships
• Resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
• Perform as an On-Call Representative on a voluntary basis

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• One (1) year or more sales experience required

Pay

• Hourly minimum pay range: $19.00
• Hourly maximum pay range: $22.00
