The Rental Sales Representative position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with $2,500 paid after 90 days and the remaining $2,500 after 180 days of employment.

Responsibilities
- Elevate customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental sales
- Manage customer relationships and provide technical support
- Ensure compliance with rental agreements and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and set priorities
- High mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction phases
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong PC skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Frequent travel required, including overnight stays
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' sales experience
- Experience in a related industry (material handling, construction, engineering, or equipment distribution) is a plus

Pay
The starting compensation range is negotiable and depends on experience and skills. The final compensation may exceed $100,000.
