About the role

The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months and provides general Rental Management training along with specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales and process for inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
  • Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
  • Manage all rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
  • Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
  • Perform as an On-Call Representative on a voluntary and scheduled basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
  • Computer literacy, intermediate required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar related field
