About the role

The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to last 18-24 months and provides comprehensive training in areas such as Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The role involves supporting location and regional management with operational and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales and process inbound calls and outbound solicitation
  • Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
  • Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
  • Manage all rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
  • Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
  • Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
  • Perform on-call representative duties on a voluntary and scheduled basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • One (1) year or more experience in customer service with issue resolution
  • Intermediate computer literacy
