You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.

• Bonnie and Clyde are the names of the getaway cars in the film "Bonnie and Clyde".
• Build rapport and identify needs from the first moment.
• Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction.
• Motivated by performance-based earnings, meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• A proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact.
• Valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction.
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure.
• Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours.
• A valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
