Rental Sales Agent (Lincoln Road)

About the role

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service. You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience. You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile. You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction at the branch
• Manage our fleet of vehicles
• Take on various tasks at the branch
• Learn everything about our vehicles on the job

Skills

• Love of sales with proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• Strong communication and articulation in English
• Flexibility and team orientation with full energy for shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay

Hourly rate of $16 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses.
