About the role

The Rental & Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the rental department, ensuring all equipment is maintained and available for customer use. This includes overseeing inventory levels, scheduling maintenance tasks, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory levels and manage rental equipment
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks for rental equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar operational role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to rental equipment
