RENTAL LOT PORTER

About the role

The primary purpose of this job is to assist customers with the rental process.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers through the checkout and return procedures
• Complete damage inspections with customers
• Administer: Accurately complete and handle rental documents according to company policy
• File all documentation according to company policy
• Money Handling: Process transactions and account for all funds collected
• Organizational Skills: Account for all rental units to ensure proper reservations are set and all appointments are met

Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service
• Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver’s License required to legally operate a motor vehicle
