What You’ll Do as a Rental Equipment Technician
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s expanding rental fleet
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
- Service a wide range of heavy equipment, compact construction machinery, and aerial lift equipment
- Maintain reliability and performance to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring
- Must own proper tools to perform repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous mechanic work or military experience
- Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality repairs independently or with guidance
Additional Experience
- Strongly Preferred: Technical degree or certificate from a trade school
- Experience working on heavy equipment, compact construction equipment, and man lifts
- Background with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motor systems
- Welding or fabrication experience
