About the role
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer service, sales, and reservations for our airport location in Grand Island. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service and assisting the manager with general tasks such as vehicle cleaning, inspections, inventory, and follow-up calls.
Schedule
- 7:30am–3:00pm on Saturday
- 10:00am–7:00pm on Sunday
- Candidates must be available for weekday training at the start
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional communication skills
- Problem resolution experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
