Rental Coordinator - HOLT Industrial Rentals

About the role

As a Rental Coordinator at HOLT Industrial Rentals, you will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire rental process, from initial inquiry to final payment and return.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about rental options and policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of rental transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential rental opportunities and assist in closing deals.
• Ensure all rentals are returned on time and in good condition, minimizing damage and loss claims.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
