Rental Coordinator

About the role

Skyworks LLC is a family‑owned and operated construction equipment rental company. The Pittsburgh branch is seeking a Rental Coordinator to assist with inside sales and dispatching, providing exceptional service to customers by helping them select the right equipment, managing inventory, writing contracts, and coordinating deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, helping them choose the appropriate equipment for their needs.
• Act as a liaison with the outside sales department.
• Control inventory and manage asset tracking.
• Write rental contracts and follow through on orders from start to finish.
• Dispatch rental deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications

• Motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.
