Rental Coordinator

Pape’ Material Handling, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a highly motivated Rental Coordinator to join their growing team in Poulsbo, WA. About the role

As our Rental Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a great rental experience. You will manage inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, provide outstanding customer service, process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and record daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound rental, service, and sales inquiries via phone and walk-in
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Record daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn internal computer systems
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry

Pay

$22.67–34/hour (depending on experience)
