Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and track excavators.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues and provide support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Basic computer literacy.
