Responsibilities
- Aid walk-in and phone customers with equipment rentals.
- Prepare rental quotes, reservations, contracts, and returns.
- Recommend equipment based on customer needs.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions.
- Cooky with the yard, shop, drivers, and outside sales team to keep equipment moving.
- Maintain accurate contracts and customer information.
- Help keep the rental counter organized and running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn rental software.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Equipment rental, construction, or inside sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday schedule. No nights or weekends.
