Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including nights and weekends
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn computer-based concepts quickly
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
- Good driving record, some delivery and pick-ups
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide rental rates and quotes
- Check rentals in and out each day and maintain contract files and rental reservations
- Write rental contracts on a PC program
- Schedule pick-up and/or delivery of rental equipment and load/unload equipment
