Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including nights and weekends
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn computer-based concepts quickly
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
• Good driving record, some delivery and pick-ups

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide rental rates and quotes
• Check rentals in and out each day and maintain contract files and rental reservations
• Write rental contracts on a PC program
• Schedule pick-up and/or delivery of rental equipment and load/unload equipment
