Rent A Center- Assistant Manager- Sales

About the role

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean showroom
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints
• Perform deliveries and set-up in customer's locations if needed
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager

Requirements

• Great attitude and upbeat personality
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Sales experience required
• Possess a valid state Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Legally permitted to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check

Pay

$18.00 hourly, with higher pay for bilingual candidates. Paid weekly, and exceptional performance is rewarded with monthly profit sharing.
