What You'll Do

  • Assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile
  • Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targets
  • Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience such as: greeting, assisting, and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
  • Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives
  • Aid in product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed
  • Support the Store Manager in all operational duties

Requirements

  • Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar — all count)
  • A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead
  • A valid, physical driver's license held for at least 1 year
  • The ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
