Responsibilities

• Lead a team of teachers in providing high-quality Early Childhood Education
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming center environment
• Support teaching teams by providing reflective supervision
• Lead team meetings and give constructive feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
• OR 18 hours ECE and 3+ years experience in an early childhood setting
• 3+ years experience working with children (birth-5)
• Management experience
• Experience with Head Start Performance Standards, Missouri Licensing Regulations, Infant/Toddler Responsive Care and Creative Curriculum preferred
• CPR certification

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
