Your Role

As a Renovation Technician you'll work on small to large-scale renovations of our large apartment communities and their surrounding amenities. To be successful, candidates should have solid skills in:

• Rough carpentry, including framing, siding, and decking
• Construction work for exterior renovations
• Water damage repair
• Basic electrical, welding, and plumbing experience

Requirements

• Good transportation and a valid license
• Previous experience with basic tools
• Background and drug-screen required at hire
• Ability to move and transport heavy objects, as needed
• Ability to bend/stoop/walk repeatedly over time and throughout your community
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required
• Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English

Schedule

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Pay: $26.00-$28.00/hour DOE
• Monthly Cell Phone Allowance: $100/month
