Reno - Flex Operator - Extended Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick up tasks as needed.
• Assist Induction with missing cases.
• Pull missing cases.
• Take care of any requests made by Induction Lead or Supervisor.

Required Key Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow 1 to 2 step instructions.
• Experience operating large equipment.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Operates within a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Work is performed around conveyor systems, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Noise levels range from moderate to loud depending on operational activity.
• Employees may work in areas with concrete floors, high-traffic zones, and variable lighting.
• Temperatures may fluctuate based on seasonal weather and warehouse ventilation.
• Work may occur in shipping/receiving dock areas where outdoor conditions can impact airflow and temperature.
• The role requires frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility, including navigating between aisles, racks, and storage locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
