Renewable Project Manager

- Lead utility-scale renewable energy projects from pre-construction planning through commissioning and project closeout.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.
- Own project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls to ensure successful project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to successfully execute construction activities and achieve project goals.
- Build strong partnerships with clients, utilities, EPC partners, inspectors, and stakeholders through clear and consistent communication.
- Cook up permitting, utility interconnections, inspections, and AHJ approvals to support seamless project execution.
- Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions that minimize delays and maintain momentum.
- Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Pearl the alignment of design, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Apply lean construction principles and best practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance project performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction, utilities, renewable energy, or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from planning through closeout.
- Strong construction management experience with responsibility for field operations, subcontractor management, and project team leadership.
- Experience managing project budgets, cost controls, schedules, and overall project performance.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing renewable energy construction projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, or other utility-scale energy projects.
- Experience working with EPC firms, electrical contractors, or utility providers.
- Experience coordinating utility interconnections, permitting activities, inspections, and approvals with utility providers and AHJs.
- Familiarity with lean construction principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience working in electrical construction environments and coordinating with electrical trades.
- Strong relationship-building, organizational, and project control skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package offered by the employer.
