Renewable Generation Analyst

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy industry to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This opportunity does not fit the traditional job model. You will leverage your practical experience in renewable energy generation, REC trading, and portfolio management to assess AI-generated content and offer insights that enhance AI's understanding of renewable energy processes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in renewable energy generation, REC trading, or portfolio management, including roles such as Renewable Generation Analyst or REC Trader, or equivalent positions in the energy sector.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following tools: AVEVA PI, WREGIS, Power BI.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
